Shipping cost (including statutory VAT)
Delivery within Germany:
We calculate the shipping costs according to the order value (gross goods value):
Goods value up to 150 € = delivery cost 8.50 €
For an order value more than 150 EUR, we deliver free of charge.
Delivery outside of Germany:
We charge a flat rate for shipping costs outside of Germany:
Within the European Union: 16,80 €
Outside of the European Union, please contact us for delivery cost quotation.
Terms of Delivery
Unless otherwise stated, the goods will be delivered within 3 – 5 days within Germany and 5 – 12 days outside of Germany.
Please note that no delivery is made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a combined shipment, unless otherwise agreed. In such a case, delivery is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.
